Some people feel that the negative aspects of aging are inevitable, but in this verse, we are told that Moses was 120 years old when he died, yet his eyesight was clear, and he was as strong as ever. The book of Isaiah states, “They’ll soar on wings like eagles they’ll run and not grow weary they’ll walk and not grow tired.” 4. Those who are waiting for God’s return are given this promise. In part, this verse reads: “Rise in the presence of the aged and honor the elderly face-to-face.” Do you need reassurance that you are still worthy of honor, even though you’re older? The Bible gives it to you. Who wouldn’t like the idea of being “carried to safety” when your body is not working well? 2. This verse offers a great deal of comfort to older adults. I made you, and I will carry you to safety.” Your hair will turn gray, and I will still carry you. This verse reads: “And I will still be carrying you when you are old. ![]()
